strategic plan 2011-2013
Ermha has grown quickly in recent years. As a result we have identified several aspects of our work that will receive specific attention over the life of our current strategic plan (2011-2013). Our ultimate goal is to continually improve our programs and services so that the support we offer is more available, effective and user-friendly.
Developed collaboratively by Ermha’s board, clients and staff, the plan represents the organisation’s overall blueprint for development. From administration to client service, from partnerships to professional development, the plan helps to focus our efforts and guide future growth.
