Ermha Inc is a leading provider of recovery focused rehabilitation and support services to people with a psychiatric disability. Programs, which are delivered in the LGA’S of Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia, Monash, and in the Barwon Region, are designed to enhance people’s lives and their involvement and acceptance in the community.

We employ people in in roles such as support workers, administrators, practice leaders, team leaders and service managers. We currently have 8 service locations that are located in Melbourne’s southeastern metropolitan and barwon regions.

For most positions we ask that applicants demonstrate experience in the practical application of psychosocial rehabilitation. Experience in the field of mental health and or disability is desirable for all positions. We have exciting opportunities for successful applicants to utilise their health related qualifications and/or relevant work experience to join a multidisciplinary, compassionate and supportive team providing high quality services.
