How do I register for training?
Registration for all courses is via our Book a Training Course page on the ermha365 website at

How many people come to the training sessions?
Group sizes are generally limited to 24 people, this enables ample opportunities for questions and discussion during the training. A minimum number of training participants are required for scheduled training to go ahead.

Where is the training held and how do I get there?
Information about the training venue location, public transport, and parking are included in every course flyer. Getting to the training; Take bus Route 893 from Dandenong railway station to Olive Rd stop on Princess Hwy. Training at the ermha365 office is held at 1st Floor Building G, 45 Assembly Drive, Dandenong South | Melways Map 91 Reference A12.
We are in a relatively new building which doesn’t always appear on Satellite Navigation maps. If you use Sat. Nav. in the car, check it against the map on our website before you head off. To make it easy we are in the CFA headquarters building.

Is there parking nearby?
On-site parking is available at the rear of the ermha365’s offices at 1st Floor Building G; 45 Assembly Drive Dandenong South. Un-metered parking is also available on Assembly drive and nearby streets. Remember when parking on site please do not park in the places marked ermha365, Westpac or CFA.

How can I pay for training?
Payment must be made in full within 10 business days of the invoice being received and no later than 5 business days prior to the course starting.

Is this training going to suit me?
A description of each training course, including learning objectives, content, and the intended audience, is listed on each training flyer.

Will this training be held again?
Our popular courses are regularly repeated to meet our participants’ needs. Our training is planned at least six months in advance to enable you to plan ahead.

Will refreshments be provided?
Refreshments are provided for all workshops held at ermha365’s offices. For full day courses lunch is also included. Dietary requirements are able to be catered for when requested at time of booking, or by emailing within 5 business days of the course.

What if I need to change or cancel my training?
Transfer of booking to an alternative workshop – ermha365 is happy to discuss transferring your training registration to an alternative workshop, along with any payments made, given sufficient notice.
No refund will be available for cancellations with less than 5 business days’ notice. The transfer of a registration to another member of your organisation can be arranged at any time at no cost. Non-attendance on our workshops, without prior notice – We regret that we have to charge the full invoice amount for non-attendance on the day of training if we have not received prior notice.
The ermha365 training team will endeavor to accommodate all booking amendments.
