NDIS Complex mental health & disability services

ermha365 provides a range of NDIS services designed to support people with complex needs to thrive in the community. People who use our services may have complex needs associated with mental health or a dual disability, intellectual disability, cognitive disability, developmental disability, or psychosocial disability.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) – long-term 24/ 7 assistance with daily tasks and social connections for people to live independently in their own home in the community

Short Term Accommodation (Darwin) – short-term assistance with daily activities, accommodation, and food, giving parents and carers a break to focus on other commitments

NDIS Core supports – enabling people to thrive in their own communities, including assistance with activities of daily life, social support and community participation

Support coordination – supporting NDIS participants to get the most out of their support plans, giving choice and control over disability supports and services

Behaviour Support – some people with disability can show behaviours of concern that cause physical or emotional harm or limit their ability to engage fully with the community. Our Specialist Behaviour Support Service creates individualised strategies that are responsive to the person’s needs, developing pro-social behaviour and improving quality of life

Carer support – ermha365 has a longstanding commitment to supporting carers. Our organisation was founded by carers, and we have thousands of carers to ‘put themselves first’ with self-care strategies, peer support, education, information and social groups
